Demon’s Souls, Spider-Man: Miles Morales File Size Revealed
The file sizes of Demon’s Souls and Spider-Man: Miles Morales were made known today.
According to a post on the PlayStation Direct website, Demon’s Souls will take up a minimum of 66 GB of the PlayStation 5’s hard drive, and will also come with full vibration and trigger support, taking full advantage of the DualSense’s advanced capabilities.
As for Spider-Man: Miles Morales, things are a bit more complicated as there are two versions of the game. The standalone edition of the title will only need 50 GB of your PlayStation 5’s hard drive. However, the Ultimate Launch edition (which includes a remastered version of the original Spider-Man game that was released in 2018 for the PS4) will take up over twice that much, as it requires 105 GB of space in order to be playable.
The two titles were announced back in June at Sony’s “Future Of Play” livestream.” While initially said to be coming to PC, Sony has now retracted that statement and Demon’s Souls will only be available on the PS5.
Both Demon’s Souls and Spider-Man: Miles Morales were shown at length during Sony’s PS5 Showcase last Wednesday. They are console exclusives and are expected to be made available on Nov. 12.
