The best Australian PC gaming deals this week
Last updated: November 20, 2020
Each week, we trawl through the deepest, darkest corners of the world wide web in order to unearth some of the best PC gaming deals in Australia. This story will largely focus on highlighting PC hardware and peripherals discounts, but if there are any appealing AU-exclusive games bargains, we'll include them too.
Without further ado, here's our current selection of deals — as always, if you spot anything else good, let us know in the comments section below. This round-up will be updated weekly... or just whenever there's an especially good bargain to be had. As bargains expire, we'll remove them from the page.

Laptops
Alienware M15 R3 | RTX 2060 | i7-10750H | 16GB RAM | 512 SSD - AU$2,959 (usually AU$3,999)
This 15 inch, 1080p gaming monitor boasts a 144Hz refresh rate in addition to the above listed specs. These Alienware M15 gaming laptops have a pretty stylish look (if you're into lunar blue) and are pretty light, as far as high spec lappies go. Via Dell. If you'd prefer the RTX 2070 Super model, that's currently discounted too at AU$3,519 (usually AU$4,399).View Deal
Alienware Area-51M | RTX 2080 Super | i7-10700 | 32GB RAM | 512GB SSD - AU$4,638.99 (usually AU$5,799)
This laptop is an absolute wallet eviscerator, as you'd expect given the specs. Maybe a AU$1,160 discount will tip you over the edge though, as this 17 inch beast also boasts a whooping 300Hz refresh rate at 1080p resolution. If you want to go even bigger, the model with an i9-10900K and frankly ridiculous 64GB RAM is currently AU$5,919, down from AU$7,399.View Deal
Dell G7 17 | i7-10750H | RTX 2070 | 16GB RAM | 512GB SSD | AU$2,099 (usually AU$2,999)
While it's not as cheap as last week's Ebay special, these are still very good specs for just over two grand, and there's nothing it won't run decently (pending Cyberpunk 2077 judgement). The 17 inch 1080p screen boasts a 144Hz refresh rate, too. Via Dell.View Deal
Gigabyte Aorus 5 | i7-10750H | RTX 2060 | 16GB RAM | 512GB SSD | AU$2,099 (usually AU$2,399)
This 15.6 inch gaming laptop boasts a 144Hz refresh rate and all those specs you see above. This is a good way to leap into the ray tracing game for less (albeit just a dollar less) than AU$2,000. Note: this deal has risen by AU$100 since we first published it, but you're still getting AU$200 off at the time of writing. Via MWave.View Deal
MSI GL65 Leopard 10SFSK | i7 10750H | RTX 2070 Super | 16GB RAM | 512GB SSD | AU$2,899 (usually AU$3,299)
A few outlets are offering this powerful (and blingy) MSI gaming laptop at the moment: Mwave is linked above, but Scorptec, Kogan and and PLE Computers are also running a promotion. If you like your laptops strewn with colour, it's well worth investigation.View Deal
Razer Blade 15 Advanced | i7-9750H | RTX 2070 | 16GB RAM | 512GB SSD - AU$4,125.56 (usually AU$4,588.95)
If you want a sleek laptop fit for travel that can also play blockbuster games with raytracing, well, we hope you've got lots of money. This at least, is cheaper than usual. Via Microsoft.View Deal
Gigabyte Aero 15 KB | i7-10750H | RTX 2060 | 16GB RAM | 512GB SSD - AU$2,399 (was AU$3,099)
A nice and stylish gaming laptop for all your RTX gaming needs. This is the 15.6 inch FHD model - the screen boasts a 144Hz refresh rate. Via Scorptec.View Deal
Monitors
Dell 27 curved gaming monitor | AU$279.29 (usually AU$399)
This 27 inch curved monitor has a 144Hz refresh rate and 1080p resolution. If you're after a modest gaming screen with a bit of a bend in it, this is a nice AU$119.70 off. Via Dell.View Deal
Alienware 34 curved | AU$1,499.25 (usually AU$1,999)
Here's a slightly bent WQHD monitor with a 120hz refresh rate and G-Sync. Two grand is a lot for a monitor, but maybe just under AU$500 off will tip you over the edge. Via Dell.View Deal
Accessories
Razer Huntsman Elite gaming keyboard | AU$228.63 (usually AU$340)
This keyboard ships from the UK, so it'll have a UK layout (and a pound sign). That said, this is a nice price for a keyboard we gave 89% in our review, praising its "phenomenal switches" and "gorgeous light rings". Via Amazon.
Razer Viper Esport mouse - AU$89 (usually AU$135)
Here's a wired ambidextrous gaming mouse that scored very well when we reviewed it last year. The current AU$75 price is the best we've seen of late. Via Amazon.View Deal
